Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake ....City, Utah, April 28, 192a Notice is hereby given that the Telluride Power company, whos principal place of business is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the compiled laws of Utah. 1917, as amended by the session lawu of Utah, 1919, to appropriate forty-. Ave c f s. of water from Beaver river and five (5) c. f. s. of water from the South ork of Beaver River Riv-er in Beaver county, Utah. The water wat-er from Beaver River will be diverted divert-ed at a point which bears N. 61 deg. 44 min , E. 3756 ft, from the SW cor. of Sec. 24, T. 29 S. R. 6 W. and the water from the South Fork ol Beaver River will be diverted at a point which bears S. 71 deg. 20 mins E. 3563.6 ft. from thc SW Cor of ' Baid Sec. 24. The waters diverted ac 'the above points will be commingled at a point which bears N GO deg. 37 mins. E. 6S0.1 ft from the SW cor. said Sec. 24, where it will be conveyed con-veyed in a pipe line a distance oi 25,900 ft. and there used during tno entire year for the development or 4000 H. P. to be used for electric lighting andi propelling machinery ai various places in Sevier, San Pete, Piute, Garfield, Iron, Beaver and Millard counties and elsewhere as market demands require. After being be-ing so used, the water will be returned re-turned at a point which bears S. 75 degs, 31 mins, W 2996 ft. from the NE cor of Sec. 20, T. 29 S R 6 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as file No. 9631. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the rea.-sons rea.-sons therefor, must be by affidavit ii. duplicate, accompanied with a fee ot $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after completion of the public?tion of this notice.
