Show NOTICE TO W.-.TEK CSERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 28, 1925. Notice is hereby given that tnu Telluride Power Company, whose principal place of business is Suit Lake City, Utah, has made appllca t on in accordance with the requirements require-ments of'the compiled laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the session laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate 3,000 acre feet of the unappropriated water wat-er from Three Creeks, a branch of' Heaver River, in Beaver county, Ut-j ah. Said water will be stored during' the entire year ln a reservoir in 1 natural stream bed by means of a dam 120 ft. long and 115 ft high, the center of which will be at a .Joint 2315 ft. S. and 2305 ft. W. of, :he E 1-4 cor. of Sec. 9. T. 29 S., R. 5 W., S. L. M. The land inundated! by the reservoir will be parts of SE 1-4 Sec 9; SW 1-4 Sec. 10; KW 1-4 Sec. 15; NE 1-4 Sec. 16, T 29 S., R.' 5 W. The water will be released' from the reservoir as required into1 the natural channel of Three Creeks! and allowed to flow down saiu stream to its confluence with Beaver River thence down said river to aj point which bears N. 54 degs., 52! m ns., E 16,022 ft. from the SW! cor. of Sec. 24, T 29 S., R 6 W., S.I L. M., where it will be rcdiverted and conveyed in a pipe a distance oj 16,085 ft. and used as roqured dur-' ing the entire year for the develop'-1 ment of power for producing electric elec-tric lighting and propelling machinery machin-ery at various points in Sevier, San-j Pete, Piute, Millard and Beaver counties, Utah. After being so used the water will be returned to Beavev River at a point which bears N 61 degs. 5 mins. E. 3825 ft. from the cor. said Sec 24, thence allowed to. flow down slid Beaver River and r-gain diverged at a point which I't-ars N 61 degs. 44 mins. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as file No. 9633. All protests against the granting o.f said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a tee of $1.00 and filed in this office with in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice. no-tice.
