On Sunday afternoon about two o'clock, while Mrs. Morrell prop's of the Home Bakery, was at work in the back room of tho shop, a couple of Mexicans entered and took two pies and a cake from the show case. Mrs. Morrell ran after them and one fellow returned and paid for the pie. but the other fellow, although the marshal was in hot pursuit, and fired two shots after him. got away.
