Show Mining Notes Around Milford A. C' Nebeker left the first of the week to spend several days in Tintic. He, before leaving, informed us that a big strike was made Sunday in tho Maud S. mine, when a five-foot vein of high grade ore was opened up. The Lynn Big Six (old Gold Crown) is working in from 1 to 6 feet of good ore. Garrat Wilkin, manager of the Moscow mine, was down from Salt Lake City inspecting properties. Hu found the Moscow in fine shape with lots of ore in sight. Superintendent Roy White nu force of twelve men ore at work n the Montreal. The Croft mine has a force of 8 men working. The Croft and tho Montreal are just opening up afteif being shut down for several years. Paul Evans has 500 sacks of high ' grade ore lead-silver from the Orphan Or-phan Boy, ready for shipment Saturday. |
