Show "BOLOISM IN AMERICA" I By Spencer Schow j Probably one of the greatest difficul- ! ties America has to fight at the present ; time is "Boloism," so named after Bolo j Pasha, who, it is claimed, is one of the j greatest traitors that has ever been known. Boloism defined, means people who are talking peace and fighting very strenuously for it, while their country is at war. Boloism is the most practical means of espionage which Germany has in the present war, and she is using it most effectively, especially in this country. Many of the soap box orators and petty magazine writers are only German spies in disguise and they of course are advocating peace because if they can j convince a great number of people that ! war is wrong, and greatly hamper this I country, by making them use their forces to quiet uprisings in this country, coun-try, are they not making a great liit with the kaiser and working greatly to his success? i France has started the movement of demanding the greatest penalty, death, for those who insist . on practicing Boloism, and why would not such a thing be advantageous to this and all other allied countries? Our newspapers newspa-pers are full of hints, and oft-times slander against the President, which if they were closely followed to their source, it would no doubt be found to come from some Prussian who was working undr disguise for the German government. - If the Boloists of America were treat-led treat-led as those in France have been treated, treat-ed, it would just be a matter of a short time until this would be greatly diminished dimin-ished and probably stamped out altogether. |
