OCR Text	Show V , NEW SLEEPING CAR RULES TO BE ISSUED New rules governing reservations of Pullman sleeping car berths will be adopted by all the railroads between be-tween Chicago and the Pacific coast, effective March 1, according to an announcement by D. S. Spencer, general gen-eral passenger a,gent for the Union Pacific system. These new regulations regula-tions will not differ greatly from practices heretofore applying to this territory, except that the berth must be paid for at the time of reservation, reserva-tion, and the rule is a trifle stricter regarding redemption of Pullman tickets where plans are changed and the journey not made as contem-platd.
