Show J UNITED EFFORT NEEDED TT7HEN there is so much to be done, V V the little that can be accomplished by a city without funds seems hardly worth while. But it is the constant effort, ef-fort, the wise planning and persistence even under difficulties seemingly un-surmountable un-surmountable that cleans the streets and alleys, that grades the streets, that connects sewers, improves sanitation and makes the town a better place in which to live. The improvement is so gradual sometimes that one must go away for a time to notice it, but there is improvement and there is progress ! being made in Milford. United effort, J however, would place us on the Spot-I Spot-I less Town list much earlier. |
