Show Income Tax Man Here Feb. 20-21 For the convenience of those who are required by law to file federal income tax returns, a deputy collector of internal revenue reve-nue will be at the Milford hotel, Milford, Utah, on February 20 and 21, 1937, to assist tax-payers in preparing their returns. No charge will be made for this service. If your net income is $1,000 or over or your gross income is $5,-000 $5,-000 or over and you are single (or if married and not living with husband hus-band or wife), you are required to file a return. If you are married and living with husband or wife and your net income is $2,500 or over or your gross income is $5,000 or over, you are required to file a return. Form 1040A should be used if the net income does not exceed $5,000 and is derived chiefly from salaries and wages. Form 1040 should be used for net incomes of more than $5,000, or net incomes! regardless of amount if derived from a profession or business, including in-cluding farming, or from rents or sale of property. All returns must be filed in duplicate. Your return for the calendar vear 1936 shall be filed not later than March 15, 1937, with the collector col-lector of internal revenue for the restrict in which you reside or have your principal place of business. busi-ness.
