Show School Bond Issue Carried Monday By Large Vote The Heaver county school board j and their plan to issue bonds forj the purpose of adding to and improving im-proving various school plants in the county were given a nice vote of confidence Monday when tax-paying tax-paying electors of the county voted vot-ed for the issue of $f5,000 in bonds by Soil in favor to 93 opposed. As has been the case in all elections elec-tions for the betterment of the schools, Milford gave the proposal pro-posal the largest vote of approval, 197 yes to 12 no, or a ratio of 16 to 1. The combined Beaver vote stood 128 to 16, or S to 1, while South Milford registered four votes in approval and one against. In all other districts but Minersville the vote was favorable but by closer clos-er margins. In Minersville 48 votes were cast against the proposal to seven in favor. The money derived from the sale of the bonds, to which will be added add-ed an expected grant of J45.000 in federal funds, will be used for Jhe construction of a shop building and auditorium and remodeling of the grade school at Milford; for construction con-struction of a shop building and an addition to the grade school at Beaver; and for remodeling the grade and junior high school buildings build-ings at Minersville. The bonds are to .bear interest at not to exceed 5ri per annum and are to mature serially within twenty years from date of issue.
