Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 22, 1986. Notice is hereby given that State of Utah Land Board, Salt Lake City, Utah, has made Application Appli-cation in accordance with the laws of Utah to change the point of diversion di-version of 1 sec. ft. of underground under-ground water in Beaver county, Utah. Said water was heretofore diverted as set out in underground water Claim No. 806, through a 12 inch pump well, approximately 90 ft. deep, located at a point which bears S. 1305 ft. and E. 2075 ft. from the NW cor. Sec. 31, T. 28 S., R. 10 W., SLB and M. and used from April 1 to October 1 inclusive in-clusive of each year to irrigate 40 acres of land embraced in the NENWVi said Sec. 31 and for incidental domestic and stock-watering stock-watering purposes during each entire year. It is now proposed to abandon the well above described and in lieu thereof, divert an equal quantity of water from a well 90 ft. deep, located at a point which bears S. 1317 ft. and E. 2287 ft. from said NW cor. Sec. 31, and use as heretofore to irrigate the aforesaid 40 acres of land and for incidental domestic and stock-watering stock-watering purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. a-1308. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reason therefor, shall be submitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within 30 days after the completion of the publication publi-cation of this notice.
