Show BIRTHDAY BALL A SUCCESS Despite-the fact that the stake Gold and Green ball at Beaver drew heavily on the dancing public, pub-lic, the President's Birthday ball given in Milford Friday evening of last week was a big success Iboth socially, and financially, a substantial sum having been realized re-alized as Milford's contribution to the funds with which infantile paralysis is being combatted. The contribution was materially helped help-ed also by the local schools, a part of the proceeds from the Milford-Hinckley Milford-Hinckley basketball game having been added. |
