Show Primary Question Box Continuing with the questions and answers relative to operation of Utah's new direct.primary law, as prepared by County Attorney Theodore' Bohn for the benefit of Beaver county voters, The News this week presents the second series as follows: Q. Need a voter at the Primary election disclose his party affiliation? affilia-tion? A. No. And he SHOULD NOT disclose his party affiliation. Q. May an elector "scratch" his ticket and vote for some nominees on both tickets ? A. No. An elector may vote for the nominees of .only one party. Q. What is the Run-off Primary? Pri-mary? A. Where no candidate for an office gets a majority at. the regular Primary, the two candidates candi-dates receiving fhe highest vote face each other at the run-off. Q.
