Show Former Engineer At Moscow Dies James Augustus Ingols, 59, former for-mer well-known Beaver county mining man, died Monday in the Bingham hospital from the effects of poisonous ,gas encountered in an old stope of the Utah Delaware mine in Bingham canyon. At one time engineer for the Moscow Mining Min-ing and Milling company and otherwise oth-erwise connected with various western Beaver county mining properties, iMr. Ingols had been engineer for the Bingham concern since 1925. He was checking up (in a survey of old workings of the Bingham mine, it was reported., when he supposedly was overcome by the gases .some time in the morning, being discovered in an unconscious condition about noon by two Mexicans. Mr. Ingols was a charter member mem-ber of Ruth Chapter, Order of Eastern Star and also of Albert Pike Masonic lodge. An especially especial-ly sad feature of Mr. Ingols' untimely un-timely passing is brought about by the announcement of the wedding wed-ding of the Ingols' only child, Miss Hope Parker Ingols, to Dell Knight Tower, which had been set for June 12 in St. Marks cathedral in Salt Lake. Though the family left Milford when the daughter was but a child, several local friends had been sent announcements of the approaching marriage. |
