Show L. A. Wynaught For Legislaturej L. A. Wynaught of Milford,! ' designated as a Democratic candi-j date for state representative fori Beaver county, announced his ac- ceptance on August 5th, and his formal announcement appears with ' others in The News. Mr. Wynaught is selling agent for Beaver county for the Shell Oil company, with whom he has been connected for the past nine years. He came to this county and started the first truck-operated freight line between Milford and Beaver. Previous to this timej he was employed by the Los Angeles and Salt Lake railroad. I He is active in civic affairs and is a member of the local Lions clu!b, which he represented at the International convention in Toronto Toron-to in 1931. He is now first vice-president vice-president of the Associated Civic Clu'bs of Southern Utah and also vice-president of the Utah Motorist Motor-ist association. His fraternal affiliations af-filiations are with the I. 0. 0. F.1 and the B. P. 0. E. His interest in civic affairs was rewarded last November when he was elected president of the Milford Mil-ford Town Board of Trustees, where he is in a position to do many things for the community.
