Show COUNTY BENEFITS BY LOANS MADE J. Francis Fowles, state manager of the Home Owners Loan corporation, corpora-tion, together with G. E. McNitt, an associate from the Salt Lake office, made an official visit to Milford recently re-cently and gave out some impressive figures concerning the activities of this particular branch of the emergency emer-gency relief program. Mr. Fowles, whose home is in Ogden, was presi-j dent of the Utah state senate during its recent regular and special sessions ses-sions and is wellknown throughout the state. At the time of his visit, Senator Fowles reported 15 loans completed in Beaver county. These loans were for an average of approximately S1500 each anil out of each of these the county financial condition has! been bettered by an average of $200! in unpaid back taxes. Mr. Fowlesl stated that between 15 and 20 nu'l- lion dollars is expected to come to, Utah in the course of easing these burdens of home owners, more than three million dollars having thus far been distributed in this state. j Attorney Sam Cline is local at-; torney for the home owners loan corporation and J.
