Show f SOUTH MILFORD Mrs. Ralph Ellingsworth's father, Sir. Eastman and her sister, Mrs. Carmen left by motor last Friday morning for their home in Douglas, Wyoming. They have spent nearly ten days here. Mr. Eastman is leaving leav-ing shortly for Michigan to spend the summer. Mr. and Mrs. Kent Smith and family fam-ily have moved from Milford to their ranch on the Flat. Mrs. Ray Snyder returned to her home in Los Angeles on Saturday. Mrs. Wilford Johnson spent last week at Nada where Mr. Johnson is engaged in work for the Union Pacific. Paci-fic. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Putman of Salt Lake and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Payne of Payson were the week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Husband. Hus-band. Mrs. Putman is the foster daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Husband. Mr. Payne is superintendent of the Orem Interurban railway. Mr .and Mrs. C. A. Rohn of Cedar City spent two days last week with Mrs. Rohn's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Cates. The Social Hour club met last Thursday afternoon at the club house. The first plans for the annual an-nual Flower Show were discussed. Mrs. Harold Sautter was elected general gen-eral chairman for the exhibit th';s year and will choose her assistants. The club decided to serve more simple sim-ple refreshments during the hot weather. Following the business session ses-sion a most delicious two course luncheon was served by the hostesses, Mesdames Abe Heslington and Kent Smith. The club meet on Thursday afternoon, April 21 with Mrs. Morton Griffiths and Mrs. Wilford Johnson as hostesses. Mrs. Horace Elmer has returned from a winter spent in Salt Lake and will now make her home with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Elmer. |
