Show SHOWS INDIAN PICTURES AND TALKS TO MASONS Frank Beckwith, Senior, talked to Albert Pike Lodge, F. & A. M. at Milford Friday night of last week, showing pictures of Indians and Indian In-dian petroglyphs on the rocks. During the showing of the pictures he told numerous Indian tales and myths, to the amusement of the audience. After the illustrated lectures, the Masons and Eastern Star ladies enjoyed en-joyed bridge for prizes, after which supper was served. Mr. Beckwith enjoys very much coming to Milford, as he knows many of the lodge members ,and their reception re-ception of him and his efforts are very encouraging. This is the second time he has appeared before that lodge, but this time with many differ-fnt differ-fnt p tures they had not seen before. The )wubject of the Indian, his life, his writn?s on the rocks, and all about himi holds a facination to all, so that thevjheme s one of the ever-present ever-present interact. o |
