Show MINERSVILLE Mr. and Mrs. Warren Griffiths and baby of Beaver spent Monday here. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Eyre and mother, Mrs. Mae Eyre of Salt Lake City are spending a few days here. Eugene Hardy of Cedar City, spent the week end here. ReVere Robinson of Paragoonah was a guest at the Josiah Osborne home Saturday night. Mr. and Mrs. James Howd of Beaver Beav-er were in town Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Gillins and son Lorraine called on relatives here during dur-ing the week. 'Ceril (Roberts of Beaver was in town Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. William Gibson and son Billie spent several days here with relatives. A Daughters of the Pioneers held a meeting Sunday afternoon at the L. D. S. chapel. The speakers at sacrament meeting Sunday evening were brothers Rigby and Moody of Beaver. A Parent-Teachers meeting was held at the High school Monday evening even-ing in the form of a social. The following fol-lowing officers were elected: Mrs. Gladys LeFevre, President; Mrs. Paul Worthen, Vice President; Miss Blanche Woodward, Secretary-Treasurer. Mr. and Mrs. Alton Atkin of Beaver Beav-er spent the week end here. Geraldine Marshall was the honored honor-ed guest at a party Monday evening, it being her tenth birthday anniversary, anniver-sary, fourteen of her school mates were present. Members of the Priesthood pf the Minersville Ward are hauling the ; wood for the L. D. S. chapel the fol- lowing loads up-to-date have been ! hauled. First load, Floyd Hardy; 1 Blaine and Guardell Banks; second load, Goldie Marshall, Ellis LeFevre and Douglas Blackburn; third load, Floyd Wood, James and Lorraine Dotson. o |
