Show FINED FOR FAILURE TO STOP AT TRACKS OFFICIALS NIP TWO FOR VIOLATION OF TOWN ORDINANCE The eagle eyes of Deputy Sheriff Ted Kronholm and of Marshal Roy Coleman observed two cars to be crossing the railroad crossing at the lower end of Main street Saturday evening. There was nothing singular in this occurance except for the fact the cars had failed to come to a stop before going across the tracks. The drivers of the cars were taken into custody by the officers and ordered or-dered to appear for trial Monday. One man responded to the order, and appeared ap-peared before Judge Bert Nichols, who fined him five dollars. The other driver did not appear for trial at that time but will he notified that the invitaion is still in effect. |
