Show TO INCORPORATE MINE NEAR MILFORD TO SELL HUNDRED THOUSAND SHARES A new mining company, controlling 'and. in Beaver county which is thought to be rich in mineral ores, will be incorporated within a few days. The property consists of approximately ap-proximately five hundred acres about six miles from Milford, and lying in line with the Magnolia mine. The new concern will be called the Plumbic Mining Company. Shallow shafts have previously been sunk in the property and from geological conditions observed, these shafts apparently lead to rich deposits de-posits of minerals. The land lies four miles from a loading station. One hundred thousand pre-organiza-tion shares are now being distributed at thirteen cents per share. These shares are limited to 1000 to any one person. The potential wealth of the Star Mining District in Beaver county coun-ty has been but vaguely sounded, although geologists sent to investigate investi-gate the property to be mined by the new company report it as looking very favorable as an ore producer. |
