Show BEAVER Les Jameson went over to Milford Sunday to bring back a herd of cattle cat-tle for Karl Levi. Karl Levi of Milford spent Tues-I Tues-I day in Beaver on business. Mr. and Mrs. Harland Goodwin and baby spent Sunday and Monday at Milford and Minersville. Mrs. Mary Peterson of Milford visited vis-ited in Beaver Sunday and attended the Stake Relief Society Conference. Dr. Donald McGregor of St. George was in town Sunday on business busi-ness and meeting old time friends. C .T. Martin, postmaster at Milford, Mil-ford, spent Tuesday in Beaver on business. Mr. and Mrs. John Smithson of Salt Lake who have been visiting-Mrs. visiting-Mrs. Smithson's brother, John Huntington Hunt-ington and family for the past six weeks, left Monday for Milford where they will visit relatives and friends a couple of weeks before returning re-turning to their home. Dr. and Mrs. I. J. Hopkins of Palo Alto, Calif., arrived Monday for a short visit with Dr. and Mrs. E. A. Petty and other friends. The doctor could not resist the call of the deer hunting in the Beaver mountains. Mr .and Mrs. Lyle Johnson returned return-ed to their home in Salt Lake City Friday after spending several days visiting relatives and friends 'in Beaver. Neil Waters Buried Sunday 4 Neil ,,Watersi 16 months, son of I Chai-les and Myrtle Morgan Waters, died at the family home Saturday at 3:30 p. m. of bronchial pneumonia, after a lingering illness from rickets. The child was born here June 10, 1931. Besides the parents, he is survived sur-vived by three sisters and three brothers: Golda, Ellaleen, Laurel, Warren, Lee and Ronald Waters, Beaver. I Funeral services were conducted at the home Sunday under the direction of Bishop C. Dennis White, with interment in-terment in Mountain View cemetery. |
