Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Nov. 8, 1917. Notice Is hereby given that Joseph R. Bywater, whose post office address is Myton, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909. 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate two (2) second-feet of water from the Duchesne River, in Duchesne County. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 22 degrees 30 minutes east 14 0 0 ft. from the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 3 South, Range 3 West, Uintah Special Meridian, and conveyed convey-ed by means of a ditch for a distance of 26.000 ft. and there used from April 1 to Oct. 15, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 1G0 acres of land em'-rieed in the SVj of NE'i , SE'.'i of NWU of Sec. 21, NE i of NWH of Sec. 2 2, T. 3 S., R. 2 W..
