On January 1st War Sav-ings Stamps amounting to $625,000,000 became due. Many persons who sensibly invested in these stamps in order to help win the war will not re-inv-as wisely. Many will be the victims of ck schem-es who promise anything under the sun if they are only given the cash. If these investors, many of them who are still young would only invest a few dollars a week .as safely as they did when they bought war say-ings stamps, none would be in want in old age.
