Show ALICE HALL JONES Alice Hall Jones, daughter of Newton New-ton Daniel Hall and Sarah Jane Bu-senbark, Bu-senbark, died of pneumonia January 16, 1921, at Delta, Utah. Funeral services were held in the Delta Ward Hall under the direction of the Sutherland Ward bishopric. Music was furnished by a mixed choir of Sutherland and Delta under the direction of the Sutherland chorister, Newell K. Leavitt. Opening prayer was offered by W. E. Bunker of the Delta bishopric. The speakers were Ezra Bunker and Newel K. Leavitt, chums, In childhood, of the children of the deceased; Bishop Maxfleld of Delta, and John W. Hall and Lorenzo Turner of Sutherland. Closing prayer was offered by Bishop Walter Roberts Ro-berts of Sutherland. A host of relatives and friends followed fol-lowed the hearse to the Delta cemetery ceme-tery where the remains were interred. in-terred. Leo Lyman dedicated the grave. The deceased is survived by three sons, Joseph, Calvin and Jefferson Jones of Delta, and two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Hill of Gunnison and Mrs. Louisa Lovell of Oak City, besides be-sides eight grandchildren, two sisters! Mrs. Lorenzo Turner of Delta and Mrs. William Larsen and one brother, broth-er, Bishop Calvin Hall of Washington, Washing-ton, Utah. |
