Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 7, 1924.' NOTICE is hereby given that Walter Wal-ter M. Ogden, whose post-office address ad-dress is Richfield, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate ap-propriate One-tenth (.1) of a Sec. Ft. of water from the Lone Spring in Millard County, Utah. Said spring issues at a point So. 712 ft. and east 250 ft. from the N. W. corner of Sec. 11, Township 25 Couth, Range 9 West, Salt Lake Base and Mm iuian. The water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed in a pipe line a distance of 400 ft. and there used the entire year by means of troughs for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in the Stai'j Engineer's office as File No. 9437. All protests against the granting of said application stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office of-fice with thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
