Show COW RECOGNIZES OWNER Animal's Knowing Woman Decidel Case In California Court. The Interesting case of a Holstein cow that strayed from Its owner last December and whose ownership was disputed, has beet settled in Judge Douglass' court at Manteca, Cal. Th cow In question was claimed by Mrs. Eva Gustafson. Last December II wandered Into the herd of Manuel Sll-velra, Sll-velra, a dairyman on an adjoining farm. Silvelra believed that the cow belonged to his herd and refused to allow it to be taken away.
