Show V SPECLLI3T PLAYS "j AT COHERENCE o E. P. Mayhew, the well known piano tuner of Provo who makes this territory regularly, gave the throng at Quarterly Conference a treat on the viollncello, accompanied by Mrs. Spencer Wright. Mr. Mayhew has had fifteen years professional experience, during which time he has been in Minneapolis, Minne-apolis, and Winnepeg; at Winnipeg he played in the Orpheum. In 1916 he came west as one of the orchestra in Griffith's Birth of a Nation, and liking Utah remained. For the past two years he has been a member of the musical department of the B. Y. U. at Provo, which position he still holds. In the afternoon Mr. Mayhew played play-ed the Andante Cantabile, by Tchai-kowsky, Tchai-kowsky, and in the evening Mr. Hil-gendorf, Hil-gendorf, Mrs. Spencer Wright and Mr. Mayhew played a string trio, Cavatina, by Raff. - Mr. Mayhew has had eighteen years experience in the field as a piano tuner.
