Show KANOSH HAPPENINGS. We are having mud again to our hearts' content, after having summer for awhile. Rock is feeing laid for the basement of our new Opera House and work will soon start on the building. Howard Christensen and Charles ChrlBtensen are in town after several months' absence. Thomas Williams Is here with his wife, visiting with her relatives and friends. Percy Gardner and Charles George have each ordered a pianola. It looks as If tho town will soon have some more music. Tho gymnasium work has started up again in Kanosh for boys and girls, under the direction of J. W. Jones. The following Item was banded to the representative by one of our citizens: citi-zens: Mr. George Terry, of Hinckley, visited Kanosh and gave a free lecture lec-ture on Phrenology, which waa Interesting, In-teresting, and some of our leading citizens, cit-izens, Mr. Alvln Penney, especially appreciated It very much. We hope be will receive a better welcome on bis next visit. |
