A Melville local at- at I torney and one of the men interested interest interest- ed in the proposed bank has been to prepare the articles of incorporation for tor the new institution lion tion and it is expected that they I will be filed in the next few d days ys The proposed bank would fill the vacancy vacancy in the banking circles of that section caused by the recent 1 losing ot of the State Bank of at Oasis Tt It would serve the towns ot of Delta Oasis Hinckley Lynndyl and the group of town on the west side of Millard 1 County At this time there Is no bank at either Delta or Oasis If the charter Is granted the new bank will tie be open for business about May let 1st Men Ien who have been mentioned as prime movers In the proposed tutino include Parker Robinson present cashier of the State Slate Bank of at Millard Millerd John C. C Cutler Edgar Edgar Ed- Ed gar S. S Hills Elias S. S Smith J. J A.
