Ameri can products The departments department's suggestions sug sug- are based on the observations of ot specialists who were sent abroad to report on foreign conditions and probable needs and on the most extensive reports It has keen been possible to obtain from other sources In this country and other othel countries As to winter wheat the department suggests that acres be sown so this fall nil
