Show SOLDIERS' SOLDIERS DANCE TilE THE AFFAIR OF TIE THE III SEASON The social and dance held hold at nt Delta Tuesday evening to welcome home the returned soldier boys was a time timeto to be remembered here The purpose of the meeting was to show the boys boysa a n good time a real social time time time- with the spirit of ot welcome manifest throughout That this was as accomplished accomplished PUshed the boys bos tull fully agree Promptly at eight o'clock the guests began to arrive arrhe at the Ward I Hall lIall for tor the banquet and son the places were nicely filled The o- o cation was cation-was was given by hy Nelson Bishop Clark Allred acted as toastmaster to the complete satisfaction o of all Bishop Maxfield was unavoidably prevented from rom being with us Mr l Allred gave e the address of ot welcome to the boys which was fittingly replied replied re re- re plied to by Gus Faust In their behalf William Helse Heise made a humorous comparison o of the present spread to bully beef beet and slum In the trenches Joe Fidel FideI followed with a short and apt address Mayor Maor Thurston Thurston Thurston Thur- Thur i ston spoke In behalf of ot the town One o of the nicest features of the banquet was the presence o of both the oldest veteran and the youngest patriot In the persons of Edward L.
