Also for the purchase and erection of a new water tank in Freeman. The estimated cost is $30,000. Bingham is sadly in need of this extra water, it being, according to analysts' reports, the best water obtain-able in this West "Mountain dis-trict, and from engineers' re-ports the water supply will am-ply supply the needs of the camp.
