It. has been selected as Plan No. 204 by American Builder magazine, maga-zine, 30 Church St., New York. The house contains five rooms with a dinette adjoining the living liv-ing room. Three bedrooms provide pro-vide ample sleeping space for the average family. The entire living area totals 1,114 square feet. Stone veneer and a large picture pic-ture window, with a ventilating unit on each' side, lend charm and distinction to the front of the house. The roof, in a pleasing blend harmonizing with the side-walls, side-walls, is protected with fire-resistant asphalt shingles. The basement extends under the entire area of the house and contains space for all utilities and a large recreation room. The house is heated with a forced warm air furnace.
