Show Roy Scout Group Visits Efooves-SEJjsiii: Efooves-SEJjsiii: Lnkv Area ! I Last Thursday a group of 22, Boy Scouts and parents, and also officers offi-cers of the Boy Scouts, went to , : 'icver D.-m, find took a boat trip , of about 70 miles up the river, j The party consisted of: Mr. and Mrs. Doman, Provo; Mr. and Mrs. Hardy, Provo; Mr. and i Mrs. Hon Cropper, Hinckley; Mr. ' unci Mrs. R. Swensen, Hinckley; Grant Snow and son, Dr. J. E. Stains, Parley Warnick, Wallace Jeffery, Spencer Wright, H. B. Waters, Wat-ers, of the Telluride Power Comp-. Comp-. any, Frank Beckwith, Sr., Lionel J '. .Scout Commissioner, Wal-j Wal-j 'o Wirnick, Scout Commissioner, Alfred Lake, Reed Jeffery, Truman Jeffery, Blaine George. The party got back Sunday, after aft-er camping out three nights, and traveling four days. A most enjoyable enjoy-able trip was had. Fish were caught, men did the cooking. Hinckley Hin-ckley husbands waited on their wives like honeymoon days, "R" gave his hat as fish bait to the trappies and bass, Spence Wright murmurred "The only thing lacking to make this trip a COMPLETE i success is my dear little ..." and I then there was a noise of the engine en-gine which lost to me the concluding conclud-ing words whether it was a little pipe or a change of sox I'll never know. I We had one marvelous trip, saw much, nothing marred the evenness of good will, and we all filled our eyes full of the most stupendous achievement of human hands. A dandy trip. |
