Show SALT LAKE CITY, May Naval science facilities at the University of Utah are among the best in the country, Capt. Thomas L. Wattles, U. S. Navy, said this week. Capt. Wattles is on a crosscountry cross-country inspection tour of NROTC units. He stated that the new naval science building at the U. is "magnificent" "mag-nificent" and that there are "no better facilities anywhere." Because Be-cause the naval science building was opened only last fall, this was the first inspection of it by naval officials. There are 52 such units in the country expected to train about half the new navy officers. |
