The Mothers were all very pleased pleas-ed with the Mother's Day gifts received re-ceived from the officers and teachers teach-ers of Sunday School, and we wish to thank them for their thoughful-ness thoughful-ness in the choice of gift they gave us. Elden Nielson is Superintendent, Roll Hansen and Fal Fielding are counselors. LEAMINGTON .. Mrs. Leonard Dutson Mr. and Mrs. Jos. C. Foy, of Pang-uitch, Pang-uitch, and Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Wea-gle, Wea-gle, of Lark, were visitors at the Jos. T. Finlinson home Mother's Day. Mr. Don Anderson and wife, Ray, and Mr. and Mrs. DeLong Banks, from Provo, spent Sunday here, visiting vis-iting with their mother, Mrs. Essie Anderson. Bishop and Mrs. Alton Bigelow and children drove to Pleasant Grove Sunday to visit her mother on Mother's Day. Mr. and Mrs. Fay Fielding and family, went to Pleasant Grove Sunday, to spend the day with their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Overson are very happy over the arrival of a new baby girl, born to them on May 3rd in the Payson hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Peterson, from Blanding, were here, visiting a week ago, with their daughter, Louise and family. Mr. and Mrs. Oxel Johnson had their son, Ray and family, from Provo, to spend Mother's Day with them. Mr. and Mrs. Helmer Sodaquist, Mr. and Mrs. Claud McGuire, from Salt Lake City, came to spend Mothers' Mo-thers' Day with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Dutson. Mrs. Helen Quornburg entertained entertain-ed at a Primary party for the officers of-ficers and teachers of the Primary, last Thursday night. The honored guest was Mrs. Roper, from Oak City (the Stake President). A very enjoyable evening was spent playing play-ing games and tasty refreshments were served. Mr. Theron Nielson went to Los Angeles last week, to bring his mother, Mrs. Louis Nielson, home. They arrived home last Saturday in time for Mrs. Nielson to spend Mother's Mo-ther's Day with the rest of her children. She had spent the past two months, visiting with her two daughters, Lorraine and Beatrice, in Los Angeles. Mrs. Ben Lovell and her mother, Mrs. Margaret Richy, went to San Francisco, a week ago, to visit with her children, sons, Cecil and Ben-nie Ben-nie and daughter, Ella and their families. A program was put on in Sunday Sun-day School, Sunday morning in honor of Mother's Day. A large number of Mothers attended and each one was presented with a lovely potted plant and all those |
