Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Millard County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. 19477 - United State of America, Ameri-ca, Bureau of Land Management, P. O. Box 659, Salt Lake City, Ut.; It is proposed to appropriate and store '2.5 ac. ft. of water from an Unnamed Dry Wash at a point S. 42-16' E. 2326 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 17, T23S, R8W, by means of an excavated reservoir 200 ft. long, 75ft. wide and 10 ft. deep. The reservoir will inundate 13 of an acre of land embraced in SEVi NW'i Sec. 17, T23S, R8W. The water will be stored when available avail-able from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 and used to water 4500 sheep and 100 cattle. 19486 - United States of America, Ameri-ca, Bureau of Land Management, P. O. Box 659, Salt Lake City, Ut.; It is proposed to appropriate and store 36 ac. ft. of water from an unnamed dry wash by constructing construct-ing an impounding dam to a height of 9 ft, the center of which is located at a point S. 1110' E. 1676 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 6, T24S, R8W. The reservoir will have a capacity of 12 ac. ft. and will inundate 6 acres of land embraced in SWWNEVt Sec. 6, T24S, R8W. The water will be stored stor-ed from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 and used to water 4500 sheep and 100 cattle. 19508 - Carl G. Protests resisting the granting 5f any of the foregoing applications ivith reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 103 State Capitol, Salt Lake City L, Utah, on or before July 3, 1948.
