Show I5ESEEIET , Tuesday, afternoon the Deseret Primary held a Valentine dance for the children. A nice program was also enjoyed by children and some of the mothers that were present. pre-sent. Refreshments were served serv-ed and the small classes had Valentine Val-entine boxes. Mrs. Myrtle Western spent Sunday Sun-day in Provo, Utah, with her daughter, daugh-ter, Melba, who is attending school there. Mr. and Mrs. Harm Dewsnup and daughter, Anna Lou, spent a day last week in Provo, visiting their daughter, Mavis, who is also attending at-tending school there. Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Theobald .spent last Thursday and Friday in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Layton Dewsnup spent the weekend at Logan, Utah, visiting their son; Stanley, who is attending college there. Meith Ogden, who is employed at Salt Lake, spent the weekend with his wife, Delores. Billy Conk, from Ce'dar City, spent the weekend with his folks, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Conk. Stella Carling entertained the Deseret Rook Club Monday evening. even-ing. A lovely lunch was served with Valentine theme. One High Rook was played. Those present were Norma Hansen, Lillian Pippin, Beth Moody, Carole Warnick, Ar-prilla Ar-prilla Scow, Lucile Sampson, Erma Dean Croft, Evelyn Cropper. High scores were held by Carole War-nick War-nick and Beth Moody, low by Lillian Lil-lian Pippin. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Allred are spending a few days in Salt Lake Citv. |
