I r s There are so many things o outstanding ts andi g in n our ur memory of the Utah trip that it is hard to say which is absolutely J a t. t Possibly however r the theole one thing that will linger longest J in in our memories memori was Utah spirit The feeling of Utah students and and nd Salt Lake citizens toward Colorado students was one which could lild not have been surpassed for its friendliness and opera co-opera- tion It was a feeling that was just as strong shong before the game and dur during ng it as after the contest Colorado students were welcomed welcomed wel- wel omed in Ogden and they were welcomed led in Salt Lake they were vere were given everything but the keys to the city We are firm firn in our belief that between our two schools there is a camaraderie that is unsurpassed anywhere The most surprising part of the whole thing was the complete contrast it furnished to our attitude with regard to other schools When Then Thene wee e we think of many schools in the state we seem to cherish very dearly dearl a traditional hate but when we think of Utah we cannot help but feel a certain tie tic of closeness Where that tie lie originates originates origin origin- ates vii why it exists we do not know know we we know only that such a spirit has made our with Utah looked forward to above b ve any others |
