Local Sorority Is Installed As Greek National Delta Zeta Officials Arrive Arrive Ar Ar- rive ive to Initiate Zeta Taus TOMS Four national officers of Delta Zeta national social sorority ar are expected to arrive today to install Zeta Tau local sorority as th the Beta Zeta chapter of the organ organ- Entrance examinations were given given en the local group last night by Mrs Carl Woolsey of this city a former president of the Berkeley chapter Only a tentative program of th the installation routine has been available available available avail avail- able but it is expected that aus re a lady will take place this evening at th the sorority house The initiation will wil follow tomorrow after which two tw social events events' in honor of the in installation installation installation in- in a banquet and reception will be held at the Hotel Utah Zeta Tau was organized November November November Novem Novem- ber 15 1926 1920 on this campus The founders were Miss Minerva J Jennings Jennings Jen Jen- en- en Miss Mary Blades Miss Eileen Eileen Ei Ei- le leen n Friel Miss Neva Clark Clark and am Miss Jessie Clark At the time o of organization the girls were united united unite for the sole purpose of petitioning petition petition- ing Delta Zeta Delta Zeta was vas founded at Mf- Mf Mi Mi- Miami ami anti university Oxford Ohio in 1902 Since that time four fifty petitions from other schools have been accepted Chapters are located at Berkeley Denver University Southern California Washington University r and the University o of Nebraska The local officers are Miss Helen Ii 1 Miss D Dauna Asher Ash Ash- Kern president s una er vice-president vice Miss Leah Weaver s secretary and Miss Mary Marshall treasurer
