Whtte, in- atructor of mathematics nt the school jH sang very effectively two songs upon tho completion of which Professor H Casto delivered bis address. H The speaker stated that the aim of ' iM I education should bo to train tho '1 'youth of the country primarily In tho arts and sciences which will result j in their becoming better citizens, to train them In those things which 91 ulll mnke possible their gaining of a lIH better livelihood and also to equip il them with tho needful requisites for ' lH moro Intelligent servlco to the com- H munlty. "An education should make a person a stronger ec B onomlc unit In society.
