I It was the decision of tho board that a grand stand bo constructed at tho fair grounds this year and that the bleachers bo raado absolutely safe for tho public., This will be one of tho principal Improrcmcrita for this year and tho officers will take every precaution to soo that no accidents happen as did last .car. Tho dates for the fair this year aro Sept. 27. 28. 29 and 30. The local fnlr Is in line with the intermoun-tain intermoun-tain Fair and Racing circuit and prac He-ally tho horsed and many of the first attractions that come on the circuit cir-cuit will be at the Cache Valley fair. Tho boys and clrls club work at the fair Is an important im-portant item and more inducements will bo offered to stimulate the oung producers of the county.
