He spoke of the untimely death of this young man. related the occasion of the birth of this young man, said ho had known him to be of a cheerful disposition and alwuvs honest. The deceased was born at Rich mond, April 30, 1887 and was the son of the late Joseeph and Charlotte Smlih Stagg. He has lived In Rich mond the greater part of his life, his late years having been spent at Ogden. He leaves five sisters and two brothers. The deceased was unmarried. un-married.
