That is correct. The newspaper today more than ever .before is a tremendous factor in the .development of peace, happiness hap-piness and! dissemination of news events. Its place always was one of leadership, and it has always welded influence for good. It serves every side of every con-lr&f&y, con-lr&f&y, never neglecting to enlighten its readers wherever possible on problems of government and citizenship. Thoa'eal newspaper is a public benefactor. Every j day it gives thousands of dollarsiworth of space taking. the papers as a whole to charitable, and worthy enterprises. Its supports always sought in the matter of good government and newspapers have never "fallen down" in the hour of its call to duty. Was a chronicler of passing events the world over. It is big enough to touch every island in every sea, yet it does not overlook the smallest item in community life that may interest someone. some-one.
