A number of new features, will be added to the cafeteria seivlco this year, according to Mr. Cooley. 'Our heavy patronage of last year has convinced mo that I can increase the variety of the menu for this coming com-ing season veiy materially," says Mr Cooley. 'I have secured the services ' of an expert omnn to give her entire attention to salads and pastries. Many delicacies that havo not been served heretofore will find their place on the menu. It Is our Intention Inten-tion to increaso the light lunch feature fea-ture of the cafeteria service as well. This Increased service will mean no Increase In thu cost over last year. 'The kitchens und dining halls havo been renovated, somo new equipment added and wo can now handle a thousand at a meal We will sct-vu breakfast from 7:30 until 8; dinner from 11:30 tot 1:30; an! supper from 4:30 to 5.30." |
