Forr, president of tho Daughters ot tho Floneers mado a call for a special meeting on Tuesday last to consider tho proposition ot sending a Xmas box to all ot our boys who arp- in training at tho several camps. About twenty-eight boys aro In th9 country's service now. Tho proposition propo-sition met the hearty approval of all present and the following general committee was chosen to devise ways to ralso sufficient funds to ac-'compllsh ac-'compllsh tho desired task: Mesdames T. II. Farr, Josoph J. Richardson, John M. Bain, James A. Cragun, Lorenzo Toolson, Qeorgo Y. Smith and Miss Hannah Hind. This committee met on Tuesday and .'decided to hold plcturo shows, a danco and a concert In tho very near future Tho following committees were named for the respective affairs: af-fairs: Secretary and treasurer, Mrs. Lorenzo Lor-enzo Toolson; publicity, Mrs. John M.
