Show AGED LADY PASSES AWAY AHARADISE Paradise, Feb. 16, 1917 Mrs. Sarah Ann McMurdie, wife of Samuel McMurdie of this city, died this morning following 16 months of sickness at the ripe old age of 76 yrs. Mrs. McMurdie was one of the first settlers of this place, having resided here for 45 years. She is the mother of nine living children as follows: S. K. McMurdie, of Logan; R. K. McMurdie, Mc-Murdie, Blaclcfoot; John McMurdie, Paradise; Mary McMurdie, Richmond James K. McMurdie, Paradise; Sarah Mills, Lewiston; Matilda Allen, Paradise; Para-dise; Joseph McMurdie, Richmond; and Amy Nielsen, Paradise. There are 45 living grand-children and 20 great grand-children. Funeral services will in all prob ability be held at Paradise on Sunday J The little daughter, Mabel of Mr. I and Mrs. W. II. Shaw, is ill with I pneumonia. I The Stork has been visiting our I little town leaving a fine baby girl at the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Obray. Walter Willes is improving very slowly after having blood poison for some time. William Qishop has been very sick all winter. .- |
