Logan will bo HJ tho scene ot tho second convention H which will run tho week from Janu- nry 21 to 2C, whllo tho third will HJ bo held at tho Branch Agricultural ' College nt Cedar City from February j H 4 to February 9, j HJ As In tho past, each convention HJ will emphasize most thoso factors In HJ agricultural nnd homo development HJ most pertinent to tho section of the HJ Stato In which the meetings aro hold.
