The Villa garrisons gar-risons in northern Mexico have been depleted greatly by tho moYemcnt Into In-to Mexico City, and troops from the national capital probably will be call ed upon to enter the northern theater thea-ter of war. Small groups of Carranza troops aro also moving along the border.
