Referring to this claim Judge Mayer May-er said today: "I nm satisfied that the corporation, corpora-tion, acting through Its directors li.ul the power to consent to bo ndjuill cated a bankrupt. "It Is apparent for various reasons the company could not pay Its debts and that the situation was accentual ed by- tho: unfortunate condition ot tho copper market.
